Custom Injection Molding
In our molding process, we inject melted plastic into an injection mold cavity. This plastic is cooled and can later be used as an efficient way to reproduce parts for your company. As part of our high-end engineering, utilize a range of materials such as ABS, LCP, PBT, PEEK, nylons, polycarbonate, polyetherimide, polypropylene, and styrene. Additionally, Schlotter is more than capable of integrating fillers such as carbon fibers, glass, mineral, and Teflon into our injection molds.
