All Molds Are Not Created Equal

As a full service custom injection molder we also offer our customers Re-Engineering, Re-design and trouble shooting of existing tooling that may be producing at less than acceptable levels. Example, multi cavity mold producing product less than full capability, due to cavity damage or mechanical function which limits tool full capability. We welcome problem molds, and insure our customers the proper corrective action.

Whether your product is existing or new, our quality department will perform a full 100% inspection for visuals and all dimensional requirements to ensure the molded part meets all print specifications. We also produce a process check list for each part we produce, and submit to our customer for final approval. This is one more step we take to ensure 100% acceptable product for 100% customer satisfaction.
